Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 piece pizza crust
Toppings
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 piece red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza crust and transfer it to a baking sheet or a pizza stone.
  3. Spread an even layer of tzatziki sauce over the crust.
  4. Top with the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cucumber slices, and red onion.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in your preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, swap the chicken for grilled vegetables or use Greek yogurt mixed with herbs as a tzatziki alternative. Leftovers are great for a light lunch and can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to regain crunch.
