Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza crust and transfer it to a baking sheet or a pizza stone.
- Spread an even layer of tzatziki sauce over the crust.
- Top with the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cucumber slices, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in your preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh dill before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, swap the chicken for grilled vegetables or use Greek yogurt mixed with herbs as a tzatziki alternative. Leftovers are great for a light lunch and can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to regain crunch.
