  • 1 pound ground beef Browned and drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup Can swap for cream of chicken or homemade white sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or any preferred cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots Arranged on top
  • 1/2 cup milk Combined with soup
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust as necessary
  • optional chopped onions or bell peppers For added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned nicely. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, mixing everything together until well combined.
  4. In an appropriate baking dish, layer the beef mixture, then spread the shredded cheese on top.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy every creamy, crunchy bite!

Notes
