- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and smoked paprika until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Season the chicken pieces generously with salt and black pepper.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, reducing the heat to medium-low. Allow it to simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- For an extra depth of flavor, continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Serving
- Once done, remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and transfer to a serving platter.
