Preparation
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, keeping them a little al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Cooking
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright and tender-crisp.
- Stir in the soy sauce and chili paste, blending well.
- Add the cooked noodles back into the skillet and toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for extra flavor. Pair with cucumber salad or steamed dumplings for a complete meal.
