Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until the asparagus is well coated.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the top, ensuring an even layer.
  6. Pop the baking sheet into the oven and roast for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
  7. Once it’s done, take it out and squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the asparagus before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results. Don't overcrowd the baking sheet and feel free to experiment with different cheese or spices.
