  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) Use almond, coconut, or oat milk for dairy-free.
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt Consider using vegan yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 25 g)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened Substitute with 3 tbsp cream-cheese flavored yogurt if desired.
  • 1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen strawberries, chopped Can use other fruits as a substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl or jar, soften the cream cheese by mixing it with the vanilla extract and a splash of milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Greek yogurt and protein powder until well combined and no clumps remain.
  3. Add in the rolled oats, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt, mixing gently.
  4. Fold in the chopped strawberries, ensuring the fruit is evenly distributed throughout the oats.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for at least 240–360 minutes, preferably overnight.
Serving
  1. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add a splash of milk if you’d like a thinner consistency.
  2. Top with additional strawberries, a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, or granola before enjoying.

Notes

If making leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add any toppings just before eating to keep everything crisp. Freezing is not recommended as the texture may change.
