  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Whole grain or gluten-free, your choice
  • 1 cup mixed fresh veggies Crisp lettuce, crunchy bell peppers, colorful carrots, and refreshing cucumber
  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce Store-bought for convenience or homemade
Optional garnishes
  • to taste sliced green onions
  • to taste chopped peanuts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay out the tortillas or wraps on a clean surface.
  2. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken and mixed veggies across each wrap.
  3. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the top.
  4. Tightly roll the tortillas, tucking in the ends as you go.
  5. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, garnishing with green onions and chopped peanuts if desired.

Notes

Feel free to personalize your wrap! Swap in your favorite protein or add a sprinkle of chili flakes for some heat. Store any leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to two days.
