- In a large serving bowl, layer the arugula to create a fresh base.
- Neatly arrange the sliced peaches and dollops of burrata on top of the arugula.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds generously over the salad for added crunch.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze, and add olive oil if desired.
- Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, perhaps sharing it at a table filled with laughter.
Notes
This salad is best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day but expect the arugula to wilt. Freezing is not recommended.
