Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheese until they create a smooth mixture.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped green onions and diced bell pepper for that fresh, zesty crunch.
Assembly
  1. Take a tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture over the tortilla.
  2. Arrange turkey slices evenly atop the cream cheese mixture, ensuring an even distribution for every bite.
  3. Start from one edge and roll the tortilla tightly, sealing in all those delicious flavors.
  4. With a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels, about 1-inch thick.
  5. Repeat the process until you’ve used up all your ingredients.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. You can freeze uncut rolls wrapped tightly in plastic wrap for later use.
