Ingredients

For the Cake
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream Ensure it is very cold for better whipping.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced Can substitute with other berries.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Mint leaves for garnish Optional but recommended.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Start layering in a rectangular dish: spread a generous layer of whipped cream, then a layer of graham crackers.
  3. Add a layer of your mixed berries.
  4. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Cover the dish and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves or extra berries before serving.

Notes

Keep things simple—slices are lovely on their own, but they also pair well with vanilla ice cream or extra whipped cream. For elegance, consider adding berry sauce or crushed nuts.
