Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, place your block of feta cheese right in the center.
- Surround the feta with the cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and tomatoes.
- Scatter minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper across the top.
Baking
- Slide the dish into your preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes until the feta is soft and the tomatoes burst.
- Once finished, let it cool slightly and serve warm, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, warm gently in the oven. Additional toppings like olives or red pepper flakes can be added for extra flavor.
