Marinating the Chicken

- Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and beautifully charred.
Preparing Avocado Rice
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and fold in the cooked rice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Serving
- Once the chicken is perfectly cooked, slice it into strips and serve it over the avocado rice.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top if desired.
Notes
For richer flavor, marinate chicken for a couple of hours. Use a grill pan or outdoor grill for better char. Adjust honey and lime ratio to taste.
