  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, or any ripe fruits.
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon honey Use local honey if available.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Garnish
  • Mint leaves Optional, for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Gather your mixed fresh fruit in a large bowl and wash them thoroughly.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds until well blended.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fresh fruit, and gently toss to combine.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves before serving, if desired.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Best enjoyed fresh on the day of preparation.
