- In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, lemon curd, and vanilla extract. Whisk until silky smooth and creamy.
- Quickly dip the ladyfinger cookies in lemon juice for a moment to soak but do not let them become soggy.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Spread half of the lemon mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining lemon mascarpone mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh lemon zest.
Notes
