Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake
  • 16 oz Cream cheese At room temperature
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs For crust
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
For the Chocolate Mousse
  • 8 oz Chocolate For melting
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For whipping
For the Pudding
  • 2 cups Milk For cooking
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch For thickening

Method
 

Cheesecake Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter for the crust.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into a springform pan and bake for about 60 minutes.
  6. Allow it to cool, then chill in the fridge.
Chocolate Mousse Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate over gentle heat and let it cool slightly.
  2. whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the cooled chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  4. Transfer to the fridge to set.
Pudding Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk until warm but not boiling.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cornstarch.
  3. Gradually add this to the warm milk, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  4. Pour into cups and refrigerate until firm.

Notes

For the cheesecake, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother blend. Don't rush the folding of the mousse. For pudding, keep heat low to avoid lumps. A pinch of salt can enhance flavor.
