Cheesecake Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter for the crust.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into a springform pan and bake for about 60 minutes.
- Allow it to cool, then chill in the fridge.
Chocolate Mousse Preparation
- Melt the chocolate over gentle heat and let it cool slightly.
- whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the cooled chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Transfer to the fridge to set.
Pudding Preparation
- In a saucepan, heat the milk until warm but not boiling.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cornstarch.
- Gradually add this to the warm milk, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Pour into cups and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
For the cheesecake, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother blend. Don't rush the folding of the mousse. For pudding, keep heat low to avoid lumps. A pinch of salt can enhance flavor.
