Salad

Preparation
  1. Marinate the leg of lamb overnight or prepare a simple glaze for the ham.
  2. Chop the seasonal vegetables and prepare the salad with a light vinaigrette.
  3. Prep the potatoes according to your chosen recipe (mashed or scalloped).
  4. Set up the table to create a festive atmosphere.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the oven and apply the glaze to the ham or prepare the lamb.
  2. Roast the vegetables tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender.
  3. Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash with butter and cream.
  4. Assemble the salad and dress it just before serving.
Serving
