Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot, creating a comfortable little nest for them.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring each piece is nicely coated.
- If using, sprinkle the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and can be easily shredded.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce on a bed of rice or noodles.
Notes
