  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the garlic and spinach.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust the amount according to taste.

Cooking and Preparation
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Once tender, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add crumbled feta cheese, stirring to combine.
  6. Gently fold in the cooked gnocchi, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Pair with a green salad or garlic bread. Sprinkle red pepper flakes for extra heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days and reheat gently on the stove.
