- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
- Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs, cooking until cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
- Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
- Let everything simmer together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. When reheating, warm gently on the stove, adding a splash of cream or broth if needed. Can be frozen for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container.
