  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or coconut cream for a lighter version
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is recommended
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs, cooking until cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
  9. Let everything simmer together for another 2-3 minutes.
  10. Serve warm, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. When reheating, warm gently on the stove, adding a splash of cream or broth if needed. Can be frozen for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container.
