  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Grilled until juicy
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Can substitute with kale
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 1 cup croutons For crunch
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Homemade or store-bought
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil For grilling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and a splash of olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  2. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing.
  2. Add the grilled chicken strips, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.
  3. Serve immediately for best results.

Notes

Store leftover components separately in airtight containers. Croutons should be added just before serving to maintain crunch.
