Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture, adjusting flavors to taste.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the frozen French fries evenly.
  5. Pour the beef mixture over the fries, then sprinkle diced tomatoes and pickles on top.
  6. Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
