- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture, adjusting flavors to taste.
- In a baking dish, layer the frozen French fries evenly.
- Pour the beef mixture over the fries, then sprinkle diced tomatoes and pickles on top.
- Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool briefly before serving.
