Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant—about a minute.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until soft and juicy.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, sautéed tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well coated.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving warm.
