  1. Cook your chickpea pasta according to the package instructions, making sure to salt the water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in the olive oil.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets, stirring occasionally until they become bright green and tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add to the skillet with the broccoli.
  6. Gently toss everything together, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes
